THE INCORPORATlON OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES WITH SOLAR PANELS provides a practically unlimited autonomy. In addition the MIP-S Radiobuoy includes alkaline batteries as a reserve in case of rechargeable batteries failure. The batteries can also be recharged by the antenna.
