Following the merger with Bond Trading sarl, Real Contractors Ltd took up property management and maintenance which was core activity of Bond Trading. The company has a fully fledged maintenance department. Real Contractors Ltd currently has running contracts for maintenance with the following organisations: MTN centre complex and All Bank of Kigali branches. Real Contractors Ltd was contracted by Kigali city council to install street lights on various streets. The project was undertaken by the Electrical and Mechanical Engineering department.
