Hydro-Utilities also provide project management and advisory services to clients who wish to engage a project manager to oversee their ventures and/or to provide advice on project infrastructural works. This includes preparation and administering of tender documents, contract administration and management, contractor prequalification, quality assurance/quality control, project evaluation and project financial management. During the last 10 years, we have been in involved in over five project management contracts where we have managed teams of quantity surveyors, architects, mechanical and electrical engineers, contractors and sub-contractors and managing project issues and finances thereby providing a ‘total package’ for our clients.
