The Crown Diamond Shear 6 uses hydraulics to control the swing beam, shearing steel up to 6mm. A digital display on the front of the machine displays the current position of the motorised backstop, as well as a counter. The backstop is moved by pressing one of two buttons on the front, and fine adjustment can be made by hand right next to the main controls. With 90 Degrees on each cutting edge, the blade has 4 usable sides, making it last longer.
