Metal stitching was developed as cold repair process, to repair cast iron components and equipment. The process is able to make safe predictive repairs in environments that are dangerous when exposed to open flame and high temperatures or sparks. Metal stitching overcomes some problems that are associated with welding such as introduction of new stresses, or further cracking, embrittlement, warp-age , post welding clean up and machining and dismantling. A very big advantage of metal stitching is the ability to do jobs on site and or in position. For more information about our services Contact us on +27 31 209 3168 Or email: [email protected].
