An authentic Mexican cooking utensil used for manually making Corn Tortillas. This utensil captures the rue essence and beauty of Hispanic Mexican cooking. Must be used with a dough made from either fresh masa or masa harina – Maseca- Line the bottom part of the presser with a square of thick plastic. Place the dough in the center, cover with another square of plastic, close and press on the handle. This will transform the dough into a raw tortilla that will be ready for cooking or frying. Cook the tortillas on a warm, dry pan or Comal. Do not use oil or butter. Turn the tortillas until fully cooked
