57 grs bags – sold individually 12 bags per box Heat scale 2-3. When Anaheim chillies turn red and are dried, they are called California chillies. They have a dark shiny skin and a mild pungent flavour in comparison to other chillies. Their skins are a bit tough, so these chillies are best roasted. Use for mild enchilada sauce, or red salsa for tamal filling, stews or soups. Grind into powder to flavour sauces, stews, chili and create a spice rub for proteins.
