Pressed juice or in other words \"Not-from-Concentrate juice\" is a premium sub class juice under the 100% juices. Pressed juice differs in that the juice is produced from fresh sound fruit and only receives pasteurisation treatment after extraction and has not been subjected to other processes like being concentrated, filtered clean, or anything else added in to serve as stabiliser. What sets it apart is the health benefit due to the higher fibre content and the higher level of natural micronutrients and vitamins, because it has been subjected to so much less processing.
