This is a full-bodied, oaked wine. The wine spent 33 months in barrels, which gives it a soft, well-rounded complexity. Isikhati, which means ‘future’ in Zulu, has lovely aromas of roasted coffee beans, cardamom, juniper berries, tobacco and herbs on the nose, but on the palette, flavours of blackcurrants and earth linger on the tongue.
