The grapes were harvested at the end of January 2015 and crushed before it was cool-fermented in stainless steel tanks. Lovely aromas of green pepper and asparagus on the nose takes you to lasting flavours of green figs and tropical fruits on the palate. This wine is best served chilled and is perfect for drinking now, but will mature well for a further 2 years.
