Matured in oak barrels to concentrate the ripe berry flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon and mellowed to achieve the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity. Use it lavishly paired with Willow Creek Directors’ Reserve Olive Oil on salads, carpaccio and roasted meat.
