As part of our social responsibility we offer training through on-the-job training in collaboration with the various polytechnics and companies across the country. the trainees are rotated and get to work in all aspects of our operations to ensure that a highly skilled and proficient artisan is produced. This part of our operations ensures that the country always has skilled artisan.
