This is a paddle wheel system connected to a floating pontoon. The unit needs to be tethered to a bollard on the river bank and the river flowing under the pontoons will provide the power to turn the paddles. We have installations on the Augrabie’s, Kavanga and Zambezi rivers. This system is ideal to provide continuous water to a relatively low head but at great distances.
