This Shearwater 39 is in a good condition and presents as the true blue water cruiser that Dudley wanted he to be. She was refitted in 2011 with new standing and running rigging, new teak decks in mid 2014 with ongoing maintenance resulting in a functional boat with excellent cruising potential. Built in Cape Town by Gerfried Nebe and launched in 1998, the Shearwater 39 has a proven track record for ocean crossing and is an extremely comfortable boat at sea.
