Grapes are harvested by hand at 21-22 C from selected cool climate vineyards. Fermentation at 13-15 C maintain the fruit and create a fresh crisp aroma. Maturation on the course lees creates a creamy, well rounded mouthful. A truly great example of top quality Chenin Blanc.
