Grapes were hand-picked by 10 ladies who sat down around an open bin for the entire day, picking only the best berries off the grape stalks. The yeast was then stirred into the berries and left for a period of three days to start the fermentation process that took place inside the whole berry. Lovely aromas of Raspberry, Cherries and nutmeg follows through to a palate of ripe berries and cedar, well-balanced tannins and acidity. The wine was matured for 33 months in barrels, which gives it a soft, well-rounded complexity.
