Company Description

ZISEGU was initially registered in 2000, CWUZ, Employers in the security industry challenged the registration to the Labor Court which appeal failed in 2002 leading ZISEGU to become legally registered. Realizing the dangers and disadvantages faced by security guards employees, security guards employees from different security companies constituted themselves to form a union dedicated to advance their rights and interests. This was done against the wills and wants by employers in the industry who was/ is very militant and oppressive to its west form. ZISEGU's Vision is to become the bigest security guards union in Zimbabwe with regional and branch offices in all cities and towns in Zimbabwe.
