VNHT: Vibrant National Housing Trust offers residential stands from high, medium to low density for members of the public. Current projects include: Eastville park, Marondera, Christon Bank and Mt Hampden which is awaiting its final paper work. We also assist with Plan drawing, approval of plans, and building of super structures. As Vibrant "you forget as we tell you, but you remember as we demonstrate". Once you pay an affordable, and minimal Initial Deposit plus Allocation Fee you will then be allocated your stand. And you will start developments, your minimum subscription fee depends on how big your stand is. We have a range of 300-1000sqm. All areas are advancing in development.
