Elizabeth started in the wine industry 10 years ago ,at that time she carried no knowledge of wine and had to go and study about it. She never even drank wine, could not handle it, but after she did a prelim course at Cape Wine academy, she then got a new mind set of how to enjoy and appreciate wine.
