Klein Parys (56 ha) is the oldest and most historic wine estate in Paarl. Handed out to the French Huguenots (Le Roux Family) by Willem Adriaan van der Stel, the then governor of the Cape, in 1692, 40 years after Jan van Riebeeck arrived in the Cape on his small boat the Drommedaris. Kosie Möller is one of the most renowned and awarded winemakers from South Africa. Receiving B Sc Agriculture (Oenology, Viticulture, and Chemistry) degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 1991 his own unique style of innovation and winemaking was established by traveling extensively and gathering experience at various well-known wineries all over the world.
