Goldstar Paints Tanzania Limited was incorporated in 1988 under the Company Act of Tanzania. It started its commercial operations the very same month under the able stewardship of Mr.F.J.Ali Mawji as Managing Director and Mr. M.G.Rajan as Director, who are also the promoters of the company. Today it employs over 300 personnel, which includes a team of professional managers and over a 100 skilled workers. The company has from its inception, maintained a cordial working relationship with its employees and boasts of one of the lowest employee turnovers in the Industry.
