By law we need to protect the asbestos from releasing fibers and therefore we use a product called Hydrotech R270 Asbestos sealant. This can only be done after the cleaning of the surface. The sealant prevents the release of fibers and helps with the bonding and spread rate should the roof be painted. The sealant is applied by airless spray and is quick dry.
