Once we have been given a mandate to manage a property an inspection of the property is done, detailing all apparent defects. The document is agreed with the sitting tenant and the landlord. The premises are values for rental purposes. If the rent has to change this is agreed with the landlord and the tenant. A new lease is drafted and signed with the sitting tenant. If a new tenant is to be found, potential tenants are contacted from our waiting list and if necessary an advert is placed in the local press. The potential tenants are interviewed and credit worthiness checked with Dun & Bradstreet before they are asked to sign a lease agreement.
