The wine is rounded off with a supremely elegant and fresh finish. Will mature over the next 5-10 years. Our Noble Late Harvest is hand selected from 2 rows of vineyard in the Lutzville Valley. The tiny yields are carefully hand harvested and up to 4 tranches of picking are required to ensure that only the best berries are picked.
